you can almost find anything wrong at some point with any company and to put
your name behind them is not something I have ever taken lightly.
Over the last five years, UT&I has provided excellent technical support and
expertise in customized software to meet our current and ever changing needs.
We have several different types of memberships including employees, departments,
Shriner’s, families and volunteers. UT&I has completed integrated our
membership and employee deduction program with the Micros 3700. They have
provided us with custom screens on the micros 3700 which allows us to capture
every data point I could use for our business analysis. This data allows us to offer
customized discounts based on membership i.e.: employees, family’s etc. that

We started this project with a team meeting that was composed of 25 departments. Most companies that did a presentation were overwhelmed by project scope and size. UT&I embraced the challenged!
They answered every question from all departments including finance, IT, resident billing, payroll- employee payroll deduction, client care, restaurant billing, employee care and more. Their answers were lucid and they even offered solutions to proposed problems without a signed contract. We made the decision at the end of the vendor process and it was 100% unanimous decision to go with UT&I. This was the first time, and last, that we had a unanimous decision! We have not looked back UT&I has provided excellent customized resident billing and employee deduction software. We have since grow the system to employee pay over time and a custom resident billing system. Employees can purchase items in the gift shop and pay large items over time. Residents are automatically renewed every month with monthly allotments. UT&I completed integrated into our badging system and payroll system. Every request we have asked for they have complied. UT&I support is beyond description. Our operations are 24X7 and so is UT&I's support team. Sometime decisions are regretted. not this time.
